ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS FOR EACH PACKAGE

DELUXE ROOMS & VENICE SUITES

No. of rooms depends on the availability and no. of guest per group. Maximum capacity rooming arrangement will apply.

TERMS AND CONDITION:

-          Official check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 noon.  This policy shall be subject to space availability.

-          A Fifty Percent (50%) deposit is required upon confirmation of booking and Fifty Percent (50%) full payment one week prior to your arrival at the resort.

-          In excess of the number of confirmed guests, same rate is also applied to them.

-          Other incidental charge which is not included in the package shall be settled before check out.

-          The Resort has the right to cancel the booking / reservation if the date or deadline for down payment has lapsed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

                Low Season

                7-14 days before check in date               - 30%

                1-6 days before check in date                  - 50%

                Check in date/no show                             - NO Refund (Full Payment)

                Shortened stay                                         - NO Refund (Full Payment)

Peak Season

                15-21 days before check in date             - 30%

However, cancellation made due to typhoons, calamities and other acts of God or civil unrest/ war shall not bear any penalty.  The tour will be re-scheduled subject to the availability of both parties

TERMINATION

The resort shall have the right to terminate or rescind this agreement for any breach of contract.  All rates are strictly confidential; sharing of rates to other companies shall mean automatic termination of this agreement.

Vista Venice Highland Resort shall not be held liable for any incident that may befall to the participants

or to the third Party due to the negligence of the participants including force Majeure or incident beyond the control of Vista Venice Highland Resort.
